Bonic Building Services- Creative Living Granny Flat’ parent company (Bonic Building Services) is a privately owned construction company established in 1995 by Peter Bonic, who has been the director since inception.

We have built a reputation for optimum service and commitment, on-time and within budget building solutions. Bonic Building Services Pty Ltd is a respectable and reputable company, experienced in all facets of building.
